In 1996 Technical Management Ltd was formed, as a direct consequence of the enactment of legislation requiring all landlords to ensure annual maintenance and inspection of gas installations. This led the company into developing Quality Assurance Schemes for public and private sector clients, whilst continuing to formulate contracts specifications and providing project management to a variety of clients.
The company then expanded into partnering agreements with manufacturers, managing leasing schemes and planned renewal programmes, supporting the delivery of partnering focused schemes. Recently the increased demands for contractors to provide quality assurance, in accordance with Gas Safe requirements, has led the company into Quality Assurance Control partnering agreements with the larger, national contracting organisations.
